Red Sox jersey is retrieved from the under-construction foundation of the new Yankee Stadium.

[4/13] Workers spend five hours breaking up concrete to get the David Ortiz jersey. It had been placed there by Red Sox fan Geno Castignoli, a 46-six year-old cement mason from the Bronx. The Yankees subsequently donate the jersey to the Jimmy Fund and it is auctioned off for more than $17,000. That prompts Castignoli to joke, “If I’d known that it would sell for this much, I would have told them where the other shirt is buried.”
